Therapy that feels warm, collaborative, and human.

I help teens and adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, or disordered eating. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I'll meet you where you are and help you build a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.

         Hello I'm

Brianna Colangelo

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (NC), Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (SC)

I work best with people who...

Feel constantly overwhelmed or mentally exhausted

Struggle with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or overthinking

Feel trapped in perfectionism, pressure, or self-criticism

Have difficult relationships with food, body image, or control

My Approach

Therapy with me should feel like a conversation,

not a performance

I believe that therapy is the perfect balance of humanity and science, and often find that true empowerment comes from understanding the "why."

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin untangling the patterns that have been keeping you stuck.

Many of my clients are used to pushing through, overthinking, staying busy, or trying to manage everything on their own.

Together, we work on understanding those patterns while building tools that actually help life feel more manageable.
